FEES

My rates are very competitive and depend on subject matter, level of complexity/technicality, turnaround time, length and format. I need to see the text or at least a representative sample of it in order to give you an accurate quote. E-mail me your document for a free, non-binding estimate!

Billing is based on source word count, unless otherwise agreed. For first-time clients, I require full payment up front. Invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise specified. As a rule of thumb, I generally do not accept payment terms longer than 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.

I accept bank transfer, cash, cheque and PayPal.

All your documents will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. No claims will be considered after 10 business days from the date of delivery of the project. If a claim is well-founded, Marina Meier will ensure that corrections are made urgently and competently without entitlement to any additional compensation.
2. Client's obligation to pay Marina Meier when payments are due is independent of Client receiving payment from the Client's Customer.
3. Marina Meier retains copyright to the translation until the invoice has been paid in full.
4. If the project is cancelled, Marina Meier will be paid for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
